We offer free next day UK shipping on all orders. Orders received by 12pm will be delivered the following working day. Shipping days exclude bank holidays & weekends

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have received a damaged or incomplete item please let us know.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to a UK address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

✔ 2 x Bags of eco-friendly, premium air-dry clay (1kg each). Our clay is soft, supple and air dries naturally without cracking in 24-48 hours. No need to fire in a kiln. Your pottery kit includes enough clay for 8-10 average sized creations, or 2-4 large ones.

✔ 5 x Wooden pottery tools for sculpting, carving, shaping, and cutting. And a potter’s sponge for smoothing—all packed in a reusable fabric tool bag.

✔ 8 x Premium acrylic paints and 2x bristle paint brushes—one large for coverage and one fine for detailing. Your kit comes with a vibrant paint set rich with colours that can be used for light, pastel shades and is also perfect for crafting and mixing deeper shades.

Pott’d is great for all ages. Ingredients are non-toxic and suitable for children aged 11 and up. (please keep sharp tools away from under 11s)

Sharing is caring. One Pott’d kit is perfect for two! One kit includes enough clay to make 8-10 average sized creations, or 2-4 large ones.

Air-dry clay remains porous so please do not eat or drink from your creations.

That depends, how messy are you? Air-dry pottery is fairly mess-free and easy to clean up. Hands will get dirty but are easily cleaned with a gentle hand wash. We recommend covering your surface with baking or craft paper to project them. But any clay or paint that goes astray is easily removed with some warm water.

Yes! Pott’d is a verified vegan product.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Shop Pay and PayPal payments.

We use a third party card processing system. If your payment was refused, please try again with a different card and check your bank account and card are working correctly.
